Five new euglobals with acylphloroglucinol-monoterpene structures (C23H30O5), named euglobals-G1 (1), -G2 (2), -G3 (3), -G4 (4), and -G5 (5) were isolated from the chloroform extract of the juvenile leaves of Eucalyptus grandis W. HILL (Myrtaceae). The structures and relative stereochemistries of 1-5 have been elucidated on the basis of their two-dimensional (2D)-NMR spectra and difference in nuclear Overhauser effects (NOE) experiments.
