Abstract

Three dihydroflavonol glycosides, 3-O-α-L-rhamnosides of (2S, 3S)-, (2R, 3R)- and (2R, 3S)-5, 7, 3', 4'-tetrahydroxydihydroflavonol, were isolated from Sphaerostephanos arbuscula as the first example of dihydroflavonols from ferns. Aglycone chirality was determined by ¹H-NMR data.
