At present, the standard of realistic law for sidewalk space at night time has been realized. However, it is obvious that the sense of dark from pedestrians in many spaces is existed. Streets which own the centralized illumination provide the sense of bright for pedestrians, oppositely light of the facades in surroundings is dim. As a result, the whole spaces give the sense of dark. Moreover, with the disappearing of electrical poles, facades would play a critical role in the impression of streets because the reducing of the places where street lamps are emplaced could be predicted. In this research, the assume that problems in sidewalk space at night time could been found in the contrast of spaces is stated. Besides, the degree of influence that brightness of surface streets has bring to brightness of facades is considered, and the effectiveness of leak light are discussed.
