Study on area characteristic to become the increase factor of store in Nankai Namba Station east side

Case study of Ura-Namba Area

Abstract

In recent years, the redevelopment around the station is actively in major cities. Therefore, small scale store around station has been to decline. On the other hand, there is also the area that small scale store tends to increase. Nankai Namba station east side is one of those area. This study analyzed the area that has been increasing store of Nankai Namba Station east side from a urban planning point of view. As a result of analysis, it was revealed that Nankai Namba Station east side has become a characteristic area under the influence of urban planning.
