Mechanisms of freezing resistance in plant cells show, seemingly, to be very diverse processes. However, when we consider about adaptation processes of plants, in long-time scale, to cold areas, there may be a chain or a commonness in the wide variety of adaptation mechanisms of plants to freezing temperatures. In this brief review, the continuity or the commonness of the adaptation mechanisms in plaint cells to freezing temperatures was indicated.
