Soil acidity is becoming a major problem in limiting crop production. Currently, lime application is used and contributes to green house and global warming effect. Also continuous liming over a long period of time causes nutrient imbalance. NAP1 Artificial zeolite was reacted with 3 different acids of different anion species. Four different acid concentrations were used. In all the treatments, zeolite reacted differently with the acids and was able to raise the pH.
