Abstract
In recent years, companies have been working to increase employee engagement in order to improve productivity and retention. For example, there are attempts to use gamification in employee training to increase employee motivation. In this session, we will call them " Gamification of Employee Training " and present case studies of employee training using gamification, focusing on domestic companies. In addition, we will discuss future issues and prospects.
