Abstract
Recently, the too-early-job-hopping has become a serious social problem.
It is pointed out that the lack of job satisfaction is the reason.
To attract and retain workers, the managers need to think about how to create and preserve good interpersonal relationships.
We want to argue better way for Principal to make incentive system in an organization where two agents who have property reciprocity and altruism.
Reciprocity means that agents exert effort in exchange for attention given by a principal, while altruism means that receipt of attention leads to feelings for the giving agent, which increases the utility of the receiving agent.
By designing and analyzing some incentive systems that consider the characteristics of these agents, we will investigate their characteristics.
