We have fabricated with a hybrid photoconductive material comprised with liquid crystalline semiconductor and crosslinked polymer. A carrier mobility of this composite was influenced by polymerized conditions such as phase situations. Hole mobilfries of a comprised cell polymerized in hquid crystalline phase was comparable value of that of the pure liquid crystalline molecule and not depended on temperature. The structure of crosslinkers was little influenced in the carrier mobility.
