1PD08 ハイブリッド配向くさび型液晶素子における偏向特性

抄録

Hybrid-aligned liquid crystal wedge cells are fabricated using p-type, n-type and dual-frequency liquid crystals. Deflection properties are measured and calculated under the applied voltage across the wedge cells. Different electro-optical properties are obtained in reverse tilt domains of the wedge cell. The properties are also different when the incident light is upon the planar side of the substrate and the homeotropic side of the substrate.
