We have found the iridescent transparent isotropic phase (IsoIII) in the "commensurate mixture" of the chiral twin/monmer mixture for the first time. IsoIII phase shows the selective wave-length light transmittance in visible light wave-length and finite Young modulus without frequency dependence at very low frequency. Four different types of TGB modulated phases also can be identified between isotropic (IsoI) and smectic phase, which can be characterized by the existence of the finite smectic order. Especially, IsoIII phase can be recognized as the phtonic liquid crystals, which have 3-dimensional defect lattice made by TGBs or special kind of defects in length scale of the visible light.
