The Mobile Fine Particle Display (MFPD) cell which was proposed by our group is fabricated with the fine particle and liquid crystal (LC) as a solvent, and can display images by switching the existence or nonexistence of fine particles in the pixel area of the cell. But the explanation of the mechanism of the migration of fine particles and the LC flow has not been clarified yet. In this paper, to clarify its mechanism, we observed the flow pattern of liquid crystal and the migration of particles by the polarizing microscope.
