PC12 2波長を用いた反射型液晶ディスプレイのセルパラメータの測定法(ディスプレイ)

抄録

We propose a measurement method to obtain the cell gap and twisted angle of reflected liquid crystal displays (RLCDs) by measuring reflected light intensity using two different wavelengths. These parameters can easily be measured by this method that contains surface and interface reflection effects. Measurement results are compared with those by Stokes parameter method (SPM).
