The resonant X-ray scattering measurement is a powerful tool for obtaining direct information on the super-structure of the chiral smectic liquid crystals. Recently we have successfully applied the microbeam resonant X-ray scattering (XRS) to the characterization of the novel Br-substituted bent-core liquid crystal B2 phase in the cell structure. Furthermore, we studied the super-structure of mixtures composed of this bent-core molecule and MHPOBC by micro-beam XRS, the different resonant peaks were observed from those in the pure compound. Based on the results, we discuss the effect of chiral doping on the super-structure of the mixtures.
