PA30 ESD法により形成した配向膜の表面アンカリングエネルギー(ディスプレイ,ポスター発表,2012年日本液晶学会討論会)

抄録

The Electro-spray Deposition (ESD) method is known as a film forming method. The ESD technique applied to the pre-tilt control for the LC cell was proposed by our previous report; the spray process was carried out alternately using two capillaries that correspond to the solution of vertical alignment material and the horizontal one, respectively, then, two kinds of tiny areas were formed on the substrate surface. The surface anchoring energy on the alignment film formed by this method was measured.
