コレステリック液晶セルの膜厚不均一性が透過スペクトルに与える影響

抄録

We study transmission spectrum of a cholesteric liquid crystal cell with non-uniformity of thickness. In experiment, a wedge-shaped cell is used as a non-uniformity cell. The effect of the thickness non-uniformity on the transmission spectrum is calculated using the 4×4 matrix method. The calculated transmission spectra are in good agreement with the experimental results.
