To solve the problem of the Wheatstone full-bridge unequal resistance and low calculation accuracy, a calculation model for temperature drift of Tunneling Magnetoresistance sensors without magnet field is proposed. Based on proportional relation, McLaurin's series, and temperature coefficient of resistance, the model can explain the origin of sensor offset voltage, the influence of temperature on the sensor output voltage, and the high calculation accuracy. After the completion of the resistance inequality experiment and the temperature drift test without magnetic field, the experimental results show that the model data are consistent with the experimental data from 0 to 85℃, and the error is within 1%. After completing the magnetic field measurement experiments at different temperatures, it proves that the model is very accurate and can be applied to temperature software compensation.
