Abstract

This article introduces a bandgap reference (BGR) circuit with high power supply rejection ratio and low temperature coefficient (TC). The circuit employs a self regulating technique to significantly suppress the supply noise. Furthermore, a curvature compensation structure is proposed to reduce the TC.The proposed BGR uses a 180nm standard process. This design achieves an ultra-low temperature coefficient (TC) of 1.76 ppm/°C from 40°C to 125°C with a high PSRR of 112 dB at 10 KHz.
