Abstract
The photon energy made with solar nuclear fusion decreases to a one-1000000000th till I arrive at the earth. And 1/3 of energy poured into the surface of the earth which arrived are used as seawater and evaporation energy of the lakes and lead to hydraulic power generation. When the solar energy thinks about coal and oil with the thing which is indispensable for the photosynthesis of the plant, this is made by longtime time of a plant and the microbe of the ancient times, and it may be said that the fossil fuel is the canned food which accumulated solar energy. If the wind that the wind-generated electricity produced by difference of temperature of the atmosphere that the sun warmed the earth thinks about the nuclear power generation with a principle same as solar nuclear fusion under the energy, all which is made in a wide sense in the face of the Earth comes from energy dependent on the sun.
