Abstract
The author who is, polyester-based intended for the aluminum alloy, which is used as an exterior material of the sash-curtain wall such as buildings, durability evaluation of various powder coating system of the fluorine resin system and heat curing type fluorine resin, polyester hybrid system research on, it has been carried out continuously. Previously described in (1), for primarily the basic physical property tests of various powder coating system a result, previously reported (2), the market of thermal curing type fluorine resin, polyester hybrid-based powder coating system as an exterior for powder coating the main and the test plan evaluation, previously reported in (3), for the basic physical properties and corrosion resistance test results of these various types of powder coating system, also reported previously in (Part 6), accelerated weathering and outdoor variety of powder coating system We reported on the interim result of the exposure test. In this report, these polyester, fluorine resin system and heat curing type fluorine resin, polyester hybrid-based powder coating system accelerated weathering test results of (Sunshine weather meter: ~ 8000 hours, xenon weather meter: ~ 10000 hours) and outdoor report on the exposure test results (to 3 years).
