Abstract
We clarified the effects on the mechanical properties, basic durability due to the composition ratio of PVC recycled sheet. Further, we examined mechanical properties and durability of multi-layer PVC recycled sheet.If PVC recycled sheet of PVC resin ratio is low enough, the tensile strength is reduced, and if PVC recycled sheet of plasticizer ratio is low enough, the growth rate is decreased.Further, the quality of PVC recycled sheet is lowered, presumably due to the effect of impurities contained in the waste material feedstock.Multi-layer PVC recycled sheet satisfy JIS standard value following levels recycling rate of 38%.Moreover, long-term weather resistance, and heat resistance test, PVC recycled sheet improve of durability by sheet lamination.
