Study on deterioration evaluation method for building sealing material

Abstract

Large-scale repair of super high-rise apartment houses tends to increase in recent years, and some construction works are carried out several times.In the survey on the deterioration of the sealing material at the time of repairing and repairing a large building of a skyscraper, since the gondola is used, only partial evaluation can be performed and it is difficult to grasp the deterioration state of the entire building.Among the general deterioration evaluation methods, visual differences arise from individual experience. In the tensile test, it takes time to collect the sample more than 10 cm, take it home and test it.

Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the deterioration of the sealing material of a high-rise building efficiently and simply. An accelerated weather resistance test was conducted, and tensile performance was evaluated by hardness measurement and chemical analysis.
