Aiming to expand the use of recycled aggregate class L and ground granulated blast-surface slag (BFS), this study examined the performance of concrete used BFS and recycled aggregate class L. Accordingly, the fresh concrete satisfied target quality by adjusting the chemical admixture. Regarding hardened concrete, as the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate class L increased, the compressive strength, static modulus of elasticity decreased and the drying shrinkage increased, but these were reduced by using BFS. However, an appropriate replacement ratio of BFS is needed because when the high replacement ratio of BFS caused the increase of carbonation and decrease of frost damage resistance.
