抄録
Due to the need for globalization in recent years, Nagaoka University of Technology (NUT) has been promoting globalization in collaboration with overseas partners constructing an Integrated Global Campus among industry, academia, and government, aimed at overseas development of education and research based on GIGAKU (Science of Technology) ideals. In order to manage this project efficiently, NUT has arranged for coordinators in each overseas core to promote human resource exchange between Japan and their countries and joint research and employment with companies. Especially, the activities in each country have been contributed to train engineers with practical and global knowledge. This article describes the important role of the coordinator of the GIGAKU Techno Park (GTP) network.
