This article reviews the histories, manufacturing method, world-wide producers, and polymerization technology for Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPDM) from industrial point of view. EPDM has over 50-years history. In this half a century, EPDM and its production process have been improved with the progress in catalyst technology. The catalyst technology influences on the production process and molecular structure of polymer.
