Heavy oil is called “black amber” and has high development value. After years of exploration and matching of key problems, Shengli Oilfield has formed a series of heavy oil development technologies with victory characteristics. This paper will introduce the heavy oil reservoir characteristics, development technology, and future public relations direction of Shengli Oilfield.
