This article explores the future development directions and prospects of big data analysis in crop molecular breeding and intelligent breeding technologies. Key areas include the deep integration of big data and artificial intelligence, precise breeding through gene editing and molecular marker technologies, intelligent breeding platforms and automated breeding systems, personalized breeding, regional custom variety development, dual improvements in crop stress resistance and nutritional quality, shortening of the breeding cycle and efficient utilization of germplasm resources, sustainable agriculture and green breeding technologies, as well as global collaboration and data sharing. The integration of these technologies and strategies will significantly enhance breeding efficiency, promote sustainable agricultural development, and address challenges related to climate change and global food security.
