Amid increasing environmental and resource pressures on global agriculture, maintaining soil health has become a critical factor in promoting sustainable agricultural development. Advances in big data technology offer new tools for monitoring, managing, and optimizing soil health. This paper focuses on analyzing the interactions between soil structure, nutrients, and microbial communities, and explores the application of big data in soil resource management to support sustainable agriculture. First, the paper provides an overview of the basic concepts of soil health and its importance in sustainable agriculture. Then, it delves into the application of big data in soil health research, including data collection, monitoring, and intelligent management technologies. Furthermore, the complex dynamic relationships between soil structure, nutrients, and microbial communities and their impact on soil function and agricultural productivity are examined. Finally, the paper summarizes the advantages and challenges of big data technology in soil health management and forecasts its future application in sustainable agricultural practices. This study aims to provide theoretical support and methodological references for research and practice in the field of big data technology applied to soil health and sustainable agriculture.
