Digital globalization is rapidly reshaping regional cultures on a global scale. This process presents new opportunities for disseminating and developing regional cultures and intensifying the risks of cultural homogenization and marginalization. This paper explores the major challenges digital globalization poses to regional cultures, analyzes the strategies regional cultures can adopt to adapt to the digital environment, and presents practical cases of how technological innovation has contributed to cultural preservation and innovation. Additionally, the paper discusses the potential for symbiosis between regional and global cultures on digital platforms, emphasizing the importance of building multicultural platforms and providing policy support for developing the cultural industry. By exploring pathways for the coexistence and integration of regional culture and digital globalization, this paper offers new perspectives on protecting cultural diversity and contributing to developing and disseminating local cultures in the context of globalization.
