In today's product development, it is increasingly important to consider whole user's experience which are gotten through the interaction with products and/or services. To enhance this point, R&D department and the engineers are also required to consider user experience (UX) in their development work. This paper shows the way to design UX by R&D engineers which are not professionals of user centered design and UX.
