A Study of Decision-Making Model for Risk Management

Abstract

In recent years, the risks in each model of scheme, system and service are increasingly in promoting the project. The project is carrying out on identifying risks and clarifying responses. In this study, authors show the decision-making method, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis which leads to the identification of the risk in the P2M 3s model. The decision-making process of risk management is considered using Analytic Hierarchy Process.
