Abstract

This paper describes the case of my private company, Syncreate Co. Ltd.; I designed it using P2M framework, when after retirement I had to start the second career. It shows the process of program management applied to self-innovation. In response to changes in environment, observing and analyzing current situation, establishing to-be vision, defining the mission, clarifying required objectives, and executing it. Herein I consider Project Management as a kind of "Eye Doctrine", Program Management as a "Heart Doctrine", and propose unified approach of "Eye-Heart Management". This concept is at the core of self-innovation. Significance of personal management's "Eye-Heart Management" approach in relation to P2M's Team Management is also described
