Abstract
Generally speaking, the information system have difficulties to economically evaluate the effect due to the system, separating from the sales amount of products, since it is a subsystem of manufacturing system but exceptionally it is able to evaluate in case of inventory control system. The reason is that the inventory reduction effect is easily seized and also the reduction is recognized as the effect of the system. This paper calculates by doing Monte Carlo simulation the inventory reduction effect due to control the semi-product groups before the final processing instead of controlling the final products individually. In addition, the disposal effect of inventory remainder is investigated in case of inventory remainder. The economic effect of inventory control system is calculated base on the calculation model of inventory reduction effect and is evaluated by using Net Present Value as the economic evaluation index.
