Abstract
Still, the failure example of the information system project is reported lively. Then, though various check lists are announced so that projects may not return failure, there are few lists which the check point generally made in the viewpoint like management is featured in. So, this problem is examined from the viewpoints like project organization and management. First, it is examined about the structure of information system to develop, about the organization structure of project in relation to the structure of information system, and about the organizations in the planning stage and the execution stage of project, Furthermore, since changes of the requirements specification are often raised as a failure cause of the project, it is examined about the mechanism of the project management that it can cope with the change for the requirements
