Abstract
This paper examines the framework of strategic alliances and the management issues raised by inter-firm collaboration for innovation. We focus in particular on the matter in terms of platform so-called "gray zone" which is formulated by P2M concepts and of management accounting for evaluation systems such as the budget systems to each R & D stages. And we discuss the dynamism of the risks that impacts on each stages.
