Abstract

In the globalization of economy, the business world has plunged into the mega-competition. The only advantage of QCD (quality, cost and deliver) cannot overcome the situation. The common understanding on the business value among buyers and suppliers is the vital factor. How to approach to the business value including the concerned companies' and programs/projects is the essential way of P2M. The symbol of the approach is the FS (feasibility study). FS requests the technical knowledge, financial knowledge and then their combination, that is, the integration of technical and social science." The rehabilitation project of the old power plant in Bulgaria has started by the offer of the FS that was made by one Japanese plant supplier. We need to acknowledge the points in business exploitation through FS and to train project leaders who can accomplish thus approach.
