D-4 Improvement of a DOA Educational Project Using the TOC Thought Process

Abstract

Today in the society, human talents who can respond corresponding to any situations have been requested. They imply persons who can make a high level of thought such as analysis, synthesis and judgment. A DOA educational project has been carried out every year in order to cultivate the high level of thought in Nishio's Laboratory in Chiba Institute of Technology. However, the project which was held in last year had a problem of short delay on delivery. This article identifies problematical points in the project using present tree of problem structure in the TOC thought process and reports the execution results up to improvement of the project.
