The present conditions of the PLM implementation in many companies are only levels of partial process improvement by the tool introduction such as PDM or the 3D-CAD of the PLM Benda offer. The purpose of PLM is increase of the company added value by the total optimization after having watched product life cycle for overlook. Of the process promotion of efficiency individual as for the total optimization pile it up, and do not appear, and do it without process innovation of the whole process, and it is not possible for the realization. The object of the product life cycle does not intend for process after the article plan completion, and the viewpoint from a product strategy drafting point in time is necessary. The product strategy is a thing to realize a company vision, and the radical review=process innovation of the total process to realize this is indispensable. I propose it about the PLM construction that assumed process innovation.

In 2008 the first promise period of the Kyoto Protocol starts, and in the Japanese public welfare section, the energy saving and new energy introduction in the region is promoted in addition to that in the building. On the other hand, the contractor was organized and functioned on the assumption of receiving an order of the building construction, therefore it became a problem for the contractor to do environmental assessment etc. as a business which is necessary for energy saving and new energy introduction in the region. Now, in Japan the contractor establishes environmental assessment etc. as a business and is working on soft-ware development that can support such a business. In this report, as an example of the new approach of the contractor, the author reports the new business and software development for the decentralized energy system.

To beforehand evaluate information investment, various kinds of economic evaluation indices have been applied similarly to the case of machinery investment. But, it has been tried to evaluate the information investment as an independent project unconnected to machinery investments. For that reason, the standard evaluation method has not been established due to the difficulty of quantitative evaluation on the value added. Then, profitability index and annual net present value rate of return on machinery investment and information investment are calculated by fitting profitability index or net present value ratio to the five years record of discounted cash flow. The both indices can be used to beforehand evaluate information investment and to build the management cycle of the investment. Especially, the standard deviation of profitability index records can be applied to calculate the real options of the concerned investment.

About the innovation in the service enterprise of a shopping street, the insight model (IOW-K model) was used on the topic of the shopping street in front of the B Station in A City as an example, clarified "status as it is" and the "ideal status", and a problem and the missions which should be carried out have been proposed. Thereby, the validity of the insight model in missions construction was able to be checked. I want to accumulate an application example and to advance improvement research of a model from now on.

In the process based on the knowledge system of P2M where business is created, it depends on the efficiency of education whether the service model is efficiently applicable on the site of business. However, while the entire program is accomplished based on a logical scheme, in the training phase to be connected to the site, often relies on experience and intuition of the person in charge of training when developing teaching materials. It is necessary to adopt scientific technique in the training phase to certainly tie the result of program to business value. Through the case of teaching materials development in a manufacturing company, I will introduce the use and system making for practice of Instructional Design (ID) technique which is possibly applied also to the training at site in the project plan.

In order for Japanese firms to cope with "servitization" of the economy, insights into the Japanese institution (=socio-economic system, nature, structure and constitution) are required. Hofstede, Dutch sociologist, claims that Japanese culture is characterized by relatively high uncertainty avoidance tendency and large power distance. It is indispensable to analyze and shed light on the interaction between such cultural nature and seemingly competitive Japanese entertainment game software, old-established travel inn ("Ryokan") which sells its "hospitality", logistics related to convenience store chains, excessive expectations on the side of customers and excessive service offered by suppliers, and seemingly low productivity of the Japanese service industry, based on the practical service taxonomy.

Food service industry has to be innovated to overcome its low productivity. In this paper, the authors investigate its work process by mean of IDEF0 method. Based on the 3S (scheme, system and service) model proposed by Ohara, this detailed study reveals a fundamental structure of "Moments Of Truth" in IDEF0 figures where three value-chains belonging to customers, floor-staffs and kitchen-staffs respectively are linked each other by means of "service" in 3S model. A certain "Hospitality (Omotenashi in Japanese)" creation model is also proposed based on the "Moments Of Truth" structure.

The primary aim of the project activity is a revolution activity to the mechanism of the value creation, and the evaluation is not an output but is a result thing of the project and result. It is thought that it is thought a cause fundamental communications shortage of management, the operations division, and the IT section in many cases, and it is indispensable that both share the purpose of the project to evade it though there is a case where the result that aims at first is not achieved by the IT project. The restriction and the confirmation of the note might be insufficient, RFP go out, and, in that case, the process called a grand design for the risk reduction to the result acquisition of the project is recommended. This paper overviews the meaning and the method of the risk minimization by making to visible of requirements through a grand design by the aspect of the system integrator.

Since 1975, so called methodology, PRIDE has been implemented in Japan. Over 200 Japanese enterprises have bought PRIDE as a standard methodology for information development and maintenance. 6 Concepts were defined as a backbone and 10 phases consist of PRIDE methodology as standard work-breakdown structure. The methodology is based on life-cycle management that follows top-down design and bottom-up development. In China, "RinzaiZen" defined 10 phases to accomplish training of MIND with some conceptual philosophy. It might not be coincident that both USA born system methodology and CHINA born mind-methodology have same 10 phases. We investigated how Mechanical industry and Chemical plant industry approach to development of product or plant. Organization structure should be designed and developed by such a standard methodology.
