Abstract
Educational institutions should accomplish the mission of making students cultivate the human talents which are needed in the society in response to changes in the social environment. Recently, while the introduction of Project Based Learning (PBL) is very active in the University education, the design of PBL for high effect and practicability becomes a big task. The further improvement of educational effects can be expected by designing the class that grasps one more classes considering as Program Based Learning (PgBL) that can be said a one step-up of concept on the PBL. This paper carried out design of human cultivation program raising as a total mission "human talents which are needed in the society" based on P2M and reports the execution results.
