A-7 Development and Preliminary Evaluation of a Learning System on Demand-to-Supply Management for Sustainable Corporate Management

Abstract

Under today's increasing demand variety and shorten product life cycle, most companies request introduction of the Demand-to-Supply management, which maximizes profit by collaborating sales department and production department, in order to realize sustainable corporate management. This paper proposes a Demand-to-Supply management learning system using a Demand-to-Supply planner and a scheduler. The learning system is applied to a class of a graduate school, and effectiveness of the system is evaluated.
