Abstract
Green innovation and social infrastructure business captures attentions globally. A variety of cross boarder types of collaborations are recent topics among policy makers and industries. The introduction of "platform management" forms the uniqueness of P2M theory. Its intent is directed to standardization of effective design and operation of "field" for integration management. Trade off issues and conflict alignments rising in inter organizational collaboration are creative endeavors for solutions at the highest level of difficulty. As such, platform and service supports are essential functions which provide knowledge for communication covering humans, information, and cultures totally across organizations alliances. For example, deals of multiple standards would rise frequently in overseas engineering plant construction, and strategic decision making might face trade off problem in new product development. The background of its context and logics are exploited in cross disciplinary areas in management, engineering and social psychology for knowledge integration.
