B-1 Knowledge Based System for Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration to Launch Innovation(2) : Sharing Information on Problems to Promote Collaboration

Abstract

In the previous report, I reported on the trial of a knowledge-based system for matching needs and seeds for industry-academia-government collaboration as the first step of such collaboration, and described the request sheet (otoiawase sheet) as a means of sharing information on problems for collaboration among sectors. This report describes the system for sharing information on problems for collaboration by using the request sheet, following the P2M concept of IAP2M.
