Abstract
Project Business Industry is encountered with domestic matured market and new entries from rising countries in global competitions. The differentiation and advanced reframing are emergent concerns In particular, potential conflicts in multiple stakeholders are crucial management issues in complying the business trend of concurrent globalization and localization requirements. Conflict interfaces are expanding in such multiple dimensions among gains/losses, cross culture, and process activities. The excessive burden is levied to project manager on coordination and psychological pressure. Risky behaviors are flowing avoidance which might lose trusts to stakeholders. The reality has been hitherto overlooked under risk management. This paper challenged the conflict hazard, frequency, sensitivity and psychological impacts. This survey is intended to explore keys for reframing core competence and advancement to program company in new human paradigm.
