PBL Activities Considering Human Resource Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and their Effects

Enhancement of Visiting Nursing Station Support Program

Abstract

Regardless of industry type, project management is one of the skills required in a lot of enterprises. The hierarchical organizations have a few opportunities to study the project management. In the graduate school’s PBL (Project Based Learning) activities, both of students and employees of the cooperating companies can improve the skill of project management. This paper shows the effect of the PBL: both of students and employees of small and medium enterprise have improved not only project management skill, but also the visiting nursing stations support program of the enterprise.
