Abstract
The object of the regional revitalization projects are to bring up young person, to create jobs and regional revitalization. One of the problems about regional revitalization is shortages of funds, talented person, and information in the area. To create values by using the existing resources in the region or from outside of the resign. Under the circumstances, authors examined a role of the regional financial institution.to contribute to the regional revitalization projects. This paper aims to analyze and draw the comprehensive structure related to the regional financial institutions and projects, especially by focusing on “3S model” framework. Furthermore, we consider decision making of the risk management of the regional financial institution.
