Abstract
The LPWA Alliance in the IoT business is positioned as an ecosystem that keeps Keystone enterprises as carriers and device manufacturers as niche companies because the networks that can be used are limited by the communication method. However, end users are unable to understand the value of the communication infrastructure because they are invisible, and find value in the capabilities of the hands-on devices, so in value creation for customers, the technology of device manufacturers, niche companies Power and product power are important key factors.
Furthermore, for device makers LPWA Alliance · ecosystem is easy to transfer to other LPWA ecosystem by using communication modules properly, it is important for communication companies to be selected as a device manufacturer as well. Therefore, it is decisive how keystone enterprises can attract niche companies.
In this paper, it is effective to make use of P2M's platform management to maintain autonomous and smooth relationship when collaborating with each other in such dependence and advancing value creation will be discussed.
