Abstract
While the domestic market is declining for Japanese companies which have developed the market globally, it becomes severe that R&D investment of a domestic subject is sanctioned. Building of the mechanism of development of product support, productive facilities and a sales management to cooperate in net technology globally is desired in IoT era in particular, but it becomes important to make the validity of those R&D investment clear.
Focusing on the R&D investment evaluation and promotion of the enterprises have currently faced, I describe the solution approach from the angle of the program management.
