Abstract
In this paper proposes functions to support value index management using ICT, especially in platform promoting diverse and extensive program activities. First, present a schematic design of ”Inter- net of Program Management (IoPM)”. And as one of its components, examined the function suitable for management using the evaluation indicators and targets of the program based on the statistical analysis of various actual values of new product development in 250 major companies. As a result, revealed are 18 items out of the 33 performance indicators candidates showed a distribution that can be analyzed by fac- tor analysis, ”profitability of new products” is the objective variable as ”Key Performance Indicator (KPI)” that suitable for mathematically extracting ”Key Goal Indicator (KGI)”, and ”patent registration success rate” was the only KPI as plan and evaluate in the product development process that positively correlated with ”profit ratio of the new product”. These suggest that can be implemented support for choosing program planning and evaluation indicator using factor analysis, but there is a need to human intervene to setting target value of each indicator in order to support value indicator management by uti- lizing ICT.
