Abstract
In recent years, facilitation has come to be used as a skill to support problem solving and consensus building in organizations. A facilitator is defined as a person who plays a role in supporting and promoting all kinds of knowledge creation activities as a group such as problem solving, idea creation, education, learning, etc. Are listed. On the one hand, the effectiveness of facilitators in organizations and projects has been discussed in P2M guidebooks and previous research, however on the other hand, the specific methods for fostering have not been sufficiently clarified. Therefore, as a pioneer in research on the evaluation axis that fosters facilitators, this research proposes a workshop that utilizes a failure experience pattern card to improve one of the four skills required for facilitation, “designing the place”. The effectiveness was confirmed.
