Emergence of digital enterprises represented by GAFA brings a big change to our daily life. Many cases which those enterprises offer as their business models are different in a user of service and a customer who will pay the charge which leads to the revenue. This is the same business model that an enterprise which is represented by a commercial TV broadcasting company offers contents for free of charge to an audience and acquires a revenue from an advertisement of an enterprise. A company breaking into a market was limited at the time because there was regulation by occupation of a communication line, but now entry of many enterprises including a startup is being promoted because the regulation is loose by digital.
Building of this new business model will be new business development. The development requires a program management. Taking up the business transformation using digital technology from the program management viewpoint considering such a background herein, I will make clear the relation between digital transformation and the program, the role of the program manager, and the program management process and the issues.

DX-related research conducted by IPA in 2019 said that many enterprises tried Digital Transformation (hereinafter DX), but only 30% of the enterprises gained a certain level of outcome at maximum. It shows that DX methodology for easy-to-use has not been built yet and lack of human resources for taking initiative of DX is a cause of the situation.
In this study, we propose one-point focusing DX method for organizational breakthrough, and we discuss how to select appropriate DX theme for first try and how to apply the proposed DX method to actual business cases.

Due to the improvement of the Internet use environment including the mobile network, diversification and high functionality of the terminals, anyone can use a great variety of IT services anytime, anywhere. The method of offering IT services to the user diversifies. In some cases, the target service is offered directly, but in another cases, the target service is offered as option service or is offered by the collaboration with a competitor or the different type of industries. In such situations, it is necessary for the service providers to continuously enhance the service strategy to maintain and increase the market share between competing services by considering a change of the whole market and the customer expects. Therefore, the decision making about development, introduction, an evaluation, improvement and the marketing strategy of IT service is becoming a very important problem for service providers. We propose the IT service management platform to support the problems about decision making.

Solving social issues requires the participation of many stakeholders, such as the Co-Design method, at each stage of business planning, conception, planning, investment, organization, execution, operation, risk management, etc. At the same time, it will be extremely important to develop platform functions, which are important means to promote stakeholder exchanges and increase knowledge productivity.
In this paper, various functions and platforms must be operated by a PO (Program Officer) that satisfies the above functions. The purpose of the operation is to realize the program mission of the ski model in the 3S system. We thought that such management by PO should be regarded as creative integrated management, and verified it using P2M theory.

Since Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are universal, consisting of 17 goals, localization of goals is crucial. Local communities need to adjust SDGs to their context, setting the mid- and long-term goals. With a focus on regional revitalization, the government develops Japan’s SDGs model by selecting municipalities as the ”SDGs Future Cities,” since their proposals were highly evaluated to achieve SDGs. In this study, the project management method using 17 goals in these cities is analyzed, mainly from the viewpoint of profiling management. In the implementation of the SDGs, the importance of a comprehensive and integrated approach is stressed. This study also clarifies how these goals are interconnected with each other and utilized in platform management and index management.

Nine years have passed since the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, but it is still difficult for residents to return to their homes in some municipalities. In addition, it takes 30 to 40 years to deal with the accident, which requires long-term efforts and decision-making across generations. In order to construct such a project for the reconstruction of Fukushima, co-creation project management by multigenerational and diverse actors is necessary. In this research, we analyze project continuity from the viewpoint of P2M, with the aim of realizing social innovation, which is a long-term strategy, through initiatives such as the Future Session at the Fukushima Study Group.

Lower productivity of Japan has been pointed out in an OECD investigation for many years. The topic of ”the black enterprise” giving problems such as harassment, long working hours, the low wage in the Japanese companies is actually reported frequently. The major reason of the late for organization development in Japanese companies is that managers couldn’t grasp the state of their company's organization objectively.
Therefore, in this study, we developed a new organization diagnosis method to promote that Japanese companies worked on organization development. In the former article, we reported that we developed new organization diagnosis method in conformity with methodology of the systems engineering. In this article, we report that we enlarged the applicability of the developed organization diagnosis method in the plural business sections of the existing major accounting firm and we confirmed the method’s effectiveness.

In recent years, facilitation has come to be used as a skill to support problem solving and consensus building in organizations. A facilitator is defined as a person who plays a role in supporting and promoting all kinds of knowledge creation activities as a group such as problem solving, idea creation, education, learning, etc. Are listed. On the one hand, the effectiveness of facilitators in organizations and projects has been discussed in P2M guidebooks and previous research, however on the other hand, the specific methods for fostering have not been sufficiently clarified. Therefore, as a pioneer in research on the evaluation axis that fosters facilitators, this research proposes a workshop that utilizes a failure experience pattern card to improve one of the four skills required for facilitation, “designing the place”. The effectiveness was confirmed.

In recent years, the security of universities has been regarded as a problem, and one of the causes is the low security awareness of students. Therefore, this study proposes a proposal to improve students' security awareness by using a nudge tool to improve students' security awareness. This is not to force students to take measures against information leaks, but to make them voluntarily take measures against information leaks by using a nudge approach. Furthermore, in this study, we took a questionnaire for two countermeasures against information leaks, one with and one without the nudge tool. As a result, it was found that more students take measures against information leaks by adapting the nudge tool. In the future, it is required to study whether the use of the nudge tool is effective against the problem of information leaks, which was not solved in this study.

In recent years, an increasing number of companies have made their own efforts to improve ”internal communication,” which is important for employees to work well, and more and more companies are requiring communication skills from students who join the company. This is because the lack of communication between employees is often cited as an example when work efficiency is reduced or the project does not proceed smoothly. And one of the reasons for the lack of communication was that they had fewer opportunities to talk face-to-face, which accounted for a large proportion of the lack of communication. In this study, we focused on TRPG (Table Talk Role-playing Game) as a means to improve communication skills in face-to-face situations, and conducted a sand storage study on the specific means and effects of the game.

Traditionally, conflicts were basically perceived as something bad in a project, something to be avoided. These days, however, conflicts are seen as inevitable and a natural consequence of change, and if managed well, can be beneficial to outcomes such as the generation of new ideas. On the other hand, in business, people still tend to avoid confrontation and conflict as a bad thing because they value human sensitivity, harmony and cooperation. This may have hindered the close coordination and coordination of opinions within the project. In this study, we propose a method to pseudo-conflict teams that tend to avoid conflicts and promote the formation of collaborative members. This is an attempt to organize collaborative members by pseudo-conflicting members who tend to avoid conflicts, which is hypothesized based on the double-interest model. As a result of an empirical experiment using ”pseudo-conflict” in this study, it was confirmed that it was possible to create conflicts even among members who tend to avoid conflicts, improving their ability to actively assert their own opinions and leading to cohesion among team members. In the future, it will be applied to actual short- and long-term projects, and the method of application will be explored. In addition, we will conduct demonstration experiments to collect more accurate data and keep accurate research results.
